Andy was very responsive to my request and distress at discovering I had a leak and didn’t know where it was. However my floorboards were lifting and wet.
I phoned on a Friday evening and spoke to him directly. He was away in Belfast however assured me he would come the next day. He came at 10 o clock on Sat morning and stayed until 4 detecting and fixing the leak. What a relief took all stress and pressure away.
